He serves on the panels of the leading international arbitration institutions in the U.S., Europe, and Asia. He is the founder, past Board Chair, and a director of the Silicon Valley Arbitration and Mediation Center (SVAMC), the nonprofit educational foundation based in Palo Alto, California, serving the global technology sector.
