Kanishk Srinivas is a final year student at the National Law School of India University, Bengaluru and an incoming Associate at Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas. His core area of interest comprises international commercial arbitration and investor-State dispute settlement. Kanishk's articles have been published in the Asian Dispute Review and the Indian Arbitration Law Review. Kanishk was the Winner and Best Presenter of the NLIU-SIAC Arbitral Award Drafting Competition.
