Babback Sabahi is Senior Counsel at Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC)
Prior to joining SEC he worked at Mayer Brown LLP, the legal department of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and the Bureau of International Legal Services (BILS), Tehran, Iran. Babback Sabahi holds a JD from Boston University and an LL.M. from the University of Pennsylvania. He also obtained an LL.B. from the University of Tehran and an LL.M. from Shahid Beheshti University, Tehran, Iran.
