Garba Ibrahim Malumfashi: Senior Staff and Principal Legal Officer with the Federal Ministry of Environment, Federal Government of Nigeria. Holds Diploma in Shari'ah and Civil Law (Kat-poly); LL.B. Combined Hons. (Common Law and Shari'ah) (BUK, Nigeria); B.L. (Lagos); LL.M. (Petroleum Law and Policy) (CEPMLP, Dundee). Currently, PhD research student at the Centre for Energy, Petroleum and Mineral Law and Policy (CEPMLP), University of Dundee, UK. Research Area: International Regime on Climate Change (UNFCCC/Kyoto Protocol) and the OPEC.
