Ole Spiermann is head of Dispute Resolution at Bruun & Hjejle. He is active mainly in arbitration and litigation as well as public and international law.
Ole Spiermann is recognised as expert in the international protection of foreign investments as well as in matters pertaining to Greenland and the Faroe Islands, including exploration and exploitation of natural resources. Ole Spiermann is a member of the Executive Council of the International Law Association and an arbitrator with the OSCE Court of Conciliation and Arbitration. He often serves as arbitrator with the Danish Institute of Arbitration in Copenhagen.
Until 2009, Ole Spiermann was a professor at the University of Copenhagen.
