Summary

This Note outlines a project initiated by the Arbitration Group at Denton Wilde Sapte, on which wider input is being sought. In the first instance, initial comments are sought on the project, profile and clause (attached), and the proposed way forward outlined below, as well as expressions of interest in using, or developing, the List. In due course, those interested will be asked to provide names of arbitrators for inclusion on the List and to comment on relevant documents and wording.
