Introduction
To international trade lawyers the "trade and"-debate has been a familiar notion for at least a decade.[1] After the broad scope of the Uruguay-Round negotiations leading to the WTO-Agreements and with the growing jurisprudence of the WTO dispute settlement institutions since 1995, trade law is no longer pure trade law.
