A Working Group of the United Nations Commission for International Trade Law ('UNCITRAL') is in the process of revising the UNCITRAL Rules of Arbitration ('Rules'). The Rules were introduced more than 30 years ago and were designed to offer a flexible set of procedures for any type of commercial dispute anywhere in the world.
