Introduction
(Revised version February 2010) On May 28, 2009 the reforms of the Law for Public Works and Services ("Public Works Law 2009") and the Law for Acquisitions, Leases and Services of the Public Sector ("Public Acquisitions Law 2009") were published in the Official Gazette of the Federation (the "Reforms") and entered into force 30 days from the date of the publication, save some provisions related to the electronic government procurement system ("CompraNet").
