Introduction[1]

This is a jurisprudence-based article. The methodology hereof will be focused on a summary of some awards of both ICSID and CONSUCODE, explaining their background and analyzing the main contractual-administrative matters involved. In most cases, the awards will be only a basis to debate on controversial issues regarding public contracts.
