El Estado Peruano ha dictado el Decreto Legislativo Nº 1012 (en adelante "Ley de APP") y el
Decreto Supremo Nº 144-2008-EF (en adelante "Reglamento de la Ley de APP" o simplemente
"Reglamento") con la finalidad de promover la inversión privada en proyectos de
interés público, que tradicionalmente serían realizados por el Estado
directamente o a través de un colaborador vía los mecanismos tradicionales de
contratación estatal.
