Introduction

We are pleased to report that the Uncitral Secretariat has kindly agreed to make available to the OGEMID community a non-exhaustive list of outstanding topics for discussion at the next Working Group (to take place in New York City in early February 2010). This is being released to us with a view to gathering views to be passed on to the Working Group in anticipation of their discussions at the next session, as well as for the future work of Uncitral.
