Abstract
The globalization of the economy has encouraged the emergence of a transnational law of
international commercial contracts. This transnational law, mainly a product of self-regulation

the legal theories on which relies the contribution of international commercial arbitrators in
the phenomenon of self-regulation and unification of this emerging transnational contract
law.
