On July 16, 2009, case no. ARB/09/13 was registered at ICSID, concerning a claim brought against Jordan by International Company for Railway Systems (ICRS), a private shareholding company incorporated under the laws of Jordan, and Privatization Holding Company (PHC), a Kuwait-based holding company.
