Introduction
Following a recent article about the noticeable lack of female arbitrators in $multi-million, high profile disputes (D. Goldhaber, American Lawyer, June 2004). An analysis of the current membership of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb), clearly illustrates the changing demographics (see figure 1 in the full article).
