Due to recent changes in legislation more procedural tools will now be available to the parties seeking enforcement of foreign arbitral awards in Ukraine. Ukrainian Parliament has recently adopted the Law allowing courts to grant interim measures at any stage of recognition and enforcement proceedings upon application of the party seeking enforcement.
