Introduction

The most recent addition [April 2012] to the literature on FET is Fair and Equitable Treatment: A Sequel, a booklet of around 120 pages which has just been published by the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD). This work is one of a series of revised and updated publications dealing with issues relating to investment treaties, and is available for download free of charge at the UNCTAD website[1].
