Abstract

On 10 May 2012, the Higher Regional Court of Frankfurt am Main ("Frankfurt Court") rendered a decision on the jurisdictional objections raised by the Slovak Republic in the investment arbitration proceedings against EUREKO B.V. The Frankfurt Court confirmed the interim award by the arbitral tribunal and upheld the tribunal's jurisdiction over the investment dispute.
