International Commercial Arbitration and Corruption: The Role and Duties of the Arbitrator

In order to consider the role of the arbitrator in the context of corruption, the article will be divided into three main parts. First, the analysis will focus on whether or not a general duty to report a business crime exists. In order to do so, the current national legislation of various countries as well as international conventions will be compared and examined. In the second part, the question will be narrowed to the arbitrator's potential 'duty to report.'
