Abstract

Since 2013, the Canadian government has been engaged in an intensive consultation and legislation process addressing several issues related to anti-corruption in international trade and investment. This paper describes and analyses these developments in the context of the Trans Pacific Partnership negotiations and Canada's interests and concerns as a Pacific Rim country.
