This paper is about a survey conducted to corroborate the conclusions drawn from the literature review in a research on the enforcement of foreign arbitral awards in the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf (CCASG) or as it is often referred to as the "Gulf Cooperation Council" (GCC).
