In the first part of this paper the author will discuss the reasons in favour of "greening" international economic dispute settlement processes, in the case of RE-related disputes. It will be claimed that the resolution of RE-focussed trade and investment disputes impact the effectiveness of other regimes, notably environmental regimes.
