Introduction

This paper is aimed at presenting the Energy Charter Secretariat (ECS) Occasional Paper titled Non-Pecuniary Remedies under the ECT which is included as article in this joint OGEL / TDM Special Issue devoted to RE. The ECS Occasional Paper, which is the result of the period the present writer spent as research fellow at the EC Secretariat from September to December 2014, deals with the topic of non-pecuniary remedies under the ECT in general.
