Abstract

In international mediation proceedings preliminary questions regarding the law applicable as well as questions concerning enforcement and jurisdiction in case of disputes may emerge. Necessarily, one must observe several legal systems and their interaction in "cross-border" mediation proceedings and take into consideration the best "forum" for the arrangement of agreements relevant to the mediation.
