Introduction
The work will initiate with a brief description of the relevance of infrastructure and investment issues for the Mexican State. Thereafter, the main topic of state contracts will be introduced. These contractual bonds intermingle private entities with the government to carry out infrastructure projects. As arbitration is in the crux we will briefly explore the state of the art of commercial and investment arbitration.
