Abstract

This paper seeks to take up again the discussion on the "Land Question" in the twenty-first century for Colombia, in the light of peace agreements in Havana as is being developed in discussions between the Colombian government and the FARC. The questions we try to solve are as follows. The societies are trying to examine the agrarian problem as seen in Europe in the nineteenth century (millions of landless and almost feudal serfdom, expansion of urban capitalism looking for workforce, concentration of land in a few hands etc.)?
