Abstract

[Paper in Spanish - English Abstract] The Intervention in Spain of the "Lawyer of the Administration of Justice" in Cases of International Mediation Directive 2008/52/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 21 May 2008 on certain aspects of mediation in civil and commercial matters promotes among its conclusions the use of alternative modalities for the settlement of cross-border disputes in civil matters and commercial matters in a way that simplifies and improves access to justice.
