Abstract

The "One Belt One Road" (OBOR) Initiative (or the "Belt and Road" Initiative) has the potential to profoundly impact the international geopolitical landscape and future policy decisions. It may present an opportunity for the adaptation and reform of relevant international investment agreements (IIAs).
