Introduction

The case described in this article is a hypothetical one, which, however, is based on several share dilution cases that Russian-Ukrainian Legal Group (RULG) has handled for various clients in the course of the last several years. In resolving this case, a combination of remedies was, described in section 2, and eventually, after two years of successful litigation in and outside Ukraine, along with other legal and political remedies, this case was settled to the Client's full satisfaction.
