Abstract

(Minor Revision 18/12/2017) Energy is a central concern of the One Belt One Road Initiative ("OBOR"). Investors and states along the OBOR routes demand an effective legal framework containing efficient dispute settlement mechanisms to secure and stabilize regional energy investment and trade.
