This paper examines issues related to the enforcement of arbitral awards under the OHADA Uniform Act on Arbitration (the UAA). The topic sits within the broader issues presented by the doctrine of sovereign immunity and the interplay between enforcement of arbitral awards and the national laws of Member States.
