Introduction

IACL (www.internationalarbitrationcaselaw.com) and TDM/OGEMID are working together to create and make publicly available a database containing case abstracts of arbitral awards. The IACL project is under the leadership of Dr. Ignacio Torterola and Professor Loukas Mistelis (Queen Mary University of London), along with the TDM/OGEMID team, and aims at developing and furthering understanding of international arbitration.
