The Convention on the Settlement of Investment Disputes between States and Nationals of Other States (ICSID Convention) is a widely accepted and recognised forum for international investment dispute settlement. All G-7 countries and even India's neighbours such as Pakistan, Bangladesh, China, Sri Lanka and Nepal have signed and ratified this Convention.
