Introduction

Fourteen years after its first edition, Professor Rajoo provides a fully revised, updated and expanded edition of his work. The 1,100-page behemoth is structured into 13 Divisions and 54 chapters. Each chapter sets out by laying down the basics of international arbitration law and procedure which are then compared to the Malaysian approach. To analyse all of these chapters would in itself warrant the production of a small book.
