Abstract

The Draft Cybersecurity Protocol for International Arbitration produced by the collaboration between the International Council for Commercial Arbitration, the New York City Bar Association and the International Institute for Conflict Prevention and Resolution constitutes a rigorous approach that will certainly increase awareness of cybersecurity risks in arbitration to all Participants and will achieve its purpose of providing a framework that parties and arbitrators can consult in order to determine reasonable cybersecurity measures.
