Introduction

This collection of remarks and comments on the fascinating issue of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and International Arbitration (IA) is, hopefully, only the beginning of the discussion. None of the remarks or comments conclusively resolve any of the major issues, although each set of comments is provocative and insightful. What we hope is not lost in this series is the realization that virtually every profession is facing similar questions.
