Abstract

June 2020 - The Nordic Offshore and Maritime Arbitration Association ("Nordic Arbitration") was established in 2017 and is an initiative of the Danish, Finnish, Norwegian and Swedish Maritime Law Associations. The association stands out by its focus on efficiency, which it embeds into the process by streamlining international precedents and by providing practical guidelines.
