Abstract

The Maritime Arbitration Commission at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation (the 'MAC') is a recognized arbitral Moscow-based institution with long-running experience in administering transnational maritime arbitrations. Most frequently, disputes decided by the MAC tribunals arise out of commercial contracts of marine insurance and chartering.
