On July 1, Prof. Thomas Wälde of the Center for Energy, Petroleum & Mineral Law Policy, University of Dundee, posted to the OGEMID list a copy of draft principles on the independence of the international judiciary authored by the International Law Association/Project on International Courts and Tribunals, Study Group on the Practice and Procedure of International Courts and Tribunals led by Philippe Sands.
