Abstract
By the early 21st century, Argentina faced the greatest economic-financial crisis of all times. The last decade of the 20th century started with great expectations and excitement due to the structural reforms carried out by the administration in office. Ten years later, Argentina has to face about forty lawsuits before the ICSID, the Gas Transmission Company V. The Republic Argentina case is about to conclude.
