Introduction

The second tribunal convened to hear Waste Management's Chapter Eleven claim against Mexico dismissed all claims in an award dated April 30, 2004. The dispute stemmed from a concession contract between Waste Management's Mexican subsidiary, Acaverde, and the City of Acapulco.
