On 17 June 2025, Juris Conferences hosted a webinar dedicated to the topic US Fluctuating Trade Policies - The Impact on the Valuation of Damages in International Arbitration. Inspired by a post of Mark Kantor on the OGEMID listserv and with his support, the co-editors of The Journal of Damages in International Arbitration decided to organize a webinar dealing with the uncertainties created by the Trump administration's trade policy decisions.
