Abstract

This article focuses on the Svea Court of Appeal's referral in the case NV Reibel v JSC VO Stankoimport (Case C-802/24) to the CJEU concerning Regulation 833/2014, particularly its place within the EU legal system, its interpretation, and its effects on arbitration.
