Introduction

An event of concern for the international arbitration community is the handing down of the first arbitral award under the 1994 Energy Charter Treaty (ECT) by an arbitral tribunal seated in Stockholm and convened under the Rules of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce (SCC).
