Introduction

In 2004, the British Institute of International and Comparative Law established its Investment Treaty Forum, with the aim of building on the Institute's existing activities in the fields of public international law and international commercial arbitration. The principal objective of the Investment Treaty Forum is to carry out applied research, analysis and policy discussion.
