Introduction
It is great pleasure to welcome you here today to the second conference held under the auspices of the Investment Treaty Forum. I am at the British Institute, as are most of the people in this morning's panel, in one capacity or another. As you may know, the Institute has established this forum as a centre for research and policy discussion into the topic of investment treaties and disputes.
