In this second session we are turning to annulment, I wasn't sure whether we were really talking about annulment as it stands, or annulment as it should be and I think that it will be a little bit of both. So, we will go straight on with it, and our first speaker is Philippe Pinsolle, a partner of Shearman and Sterling in Paris - it is nice to have the younger generation, if I may say that, with us today.
