What aspects of PCA administration led to our being invited to participate in this conference today? Given the topic of the conference, investment arbitration, I would imagine that one would be our experience, both in the past and more recently in administering dispute resolution involving states, and sometimes states and private parties, as this is obviously the configuration of an investment arbitration.
