Introduction

I wish to call attention to a 26.5 M Swiss Franc award issued by the Claims Resolution Tribunal against a not identified Swiss Bank, available from the law firms website (www.bslaw.net/altmann/ozag/Award.pdf [1]) and to which my attention was drawn by the ASIL ILM services.
