The Argentine company Bridas SAPIC had some administrative claims filed against it by the Central Bank. In 1995 two decrees of the executive Poser established a Committee to study the possibility of submitting to arbitration within the framework of law 23982 the differences between the Company, IPF and the Central Bank.
